Many authors will allow you to email or phone so you can clear up things in the book that you don’t understand. Not only is this a very good service, but it also indicates that the author really knows foreclosures.

Are forms and/or software included? While paperwork isn’t fun, you will need forms. Real estate in general requires that all deals be in writing. So, the right forms and software can save you hours of time. It would be a bonus to have these included with the e-book. Now you are armed with ideas.
