Anne Heche has listed her waterfront Lake Arrowhead home for $1.05 million.
The 1,440-square-foot, three-bedroom house, which has sat on a wooded, waterfront lot since 1956, boasts a combined living-dining area with stairs leading to a spacious loft, two viewing decks and a single-slip dock.
The original river-rock fireplace focuses the living area, with its soaring vaulted ceiling and exposed rafters. In the galley kitchen, a front-loading washer and dryer hide beneath a counter.
An abundance of windows bring in natural light and provide views of the scenic surroundings.
Kathy DeLong of Lakeview Realty Enterprises holds the listing.
Property records show the “Chicago P.D.” actress and her ex-partner James Tupper who she met on the set of ABC’s “Men in Trees” bought the property in August 2013 for $899,000. Several months after the couple ended their decade-long relationship in January 2018, ownership of the lakefront home was transferred to Heche.
The house has been on and off the market since January 2017 when it listed for $1.25 million, steadily dropping over time. It relisted in August 2019.
In May 2019, Heche and Tupper also listed their Tuscan-inspired Hollywood home for $3.95 million.
They dropped the price to $3.695 million in June 2019.Related Articles
